EAT – Brekky Smoothie

    

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day – and I never leave home in the morning without having had my breakfast!

In between packing lunches, getting the kids ready for school, answering emails, unpacking the dishwasher and attending to all those other morning tasks that need to be done – breakfast often gets skipped!

I am a SMOOTHIE Lover! And this is my on the go breakfast packed with everything I need to keep me going for a few hours:

  • 1 Cup Milk

  • 1 Banana

  • 3 Strawberries

  • 1 Tsp Acai Powder

  • 1 Tsp Maca Powder

  • 1 tsp Natures Boost ( Bio Medicals)

  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds

  • 1 tsp honey.

Place all ingredients in the blender – add some ice and blend! All ingredients (with the exception of Natures Boost) are available from Wray Organic.
